Home Inspections

Inspection Services

Why choose us...

No matter if you are buying, selling or planning to update your home.

A home inspection can help you determine the condition

of the home regarding its safety and function.

Choosing the right home inspector within a limited time frame can

be difficult. Especially because different home inspectors have

different qualifications and certifications, different equipment,

pricing, experience and reporting methods.

A few things are the same for

every home inspector:

reliability, honesty, integrity.

There is no certificate for that.

The quality of your home inspection relies mainly on the

effort of the home inspector. We promise to give you our

very best effort as we ourselves strive for perfection.

Our Healthy Home Inspections will reveal possible health hazards

caused by toxins, chemicals, radiation and/ or mold growth etc.

As certified Building Biologist we look at buildings and inspect homes

in a holistic way that go far beyond the ASHI Standards of Practice

which we will adopt in every Standard Home Inspection.

We offer Healthy Home Inspections in addition to a

Standard Home Inspection or as a separate inspection to

evaluate aspects of healthy indoor air,

thermal and acoustic comfort, human-based design, sustainable

environmental performance and the eco-social environment.
